Each approach is explained and discussed with you first, and only applied with your consent.

My adjusting style is a fusion of diversified, drop piece, and flexion-distraction methods, so your care can be matched to your body, your condition, and your comfort.

-
Hands-on soft tissue work, including trigger point (TrP) therapy and deep tissue massage, to ease tight muscles and fascia, relieve pain, and restore flexibility.
-
A progressive program of targeted exercises to rebuild strength, mobility, and control after injury, and to help your results last.
-
Flexible kinesiology tape supports muscles and joints while you move. Rigid strapping gives firmer support to protect an injured area and limit painful motion.
